Does your platform have any fees?
There are no service or platform fees, just your adSpend, paid for by either CPM or CPC bidding. Our platform is a private platform, by referral only for iGaming brands. We ask that any qualifying brand aims to have a spend of 30k ($/£/€) by month 3. Typical client spends are between 60k and 150k per month.
Why is your platform bespoke for iGaming brands?
iGM was developed in response to running very large scale global campaigns for a small number of iGaming brands. This network is everything we have learnt from successful campaign management in regulated and unregulated markets. The way we have setup our SSP integration, data warehousing, customer profiling and brand policing is inline with the requirements iGaming companies need to meet advertising guidelines and internal codes of conduct, as well as performance metrics.
What is your tier 1 network?
Believe it or not we have been doing large scale inbound paid search and media advertising since 2005. Looking back over that period, we have seen all methods of traffic acquisition, some good and some bad. With this is mind and with the benefit of over 15 years experience, we knew from the outset that quality, sustainable traffic sources was our primary and only focus for traffic acquisition. We want longevity for the brands we work with, that means your brand positioned on quality publishers with approved content who accept iGaming branding. We want to reach real users, in-market and warm to iGaming and we find these people on a mix of whitelist domains and quality publisher sites.
What is your reach and traffic opportunity?
We have the capacity to bid of 1.2 trillion impressions per day, sure thats an impressive stat and its just included here to communicate how many SSP’s we plug into, but in reality, this is a global daily number. A typical advertiser like yourself achieves around 1 billion impressions a month on a global suite of campaigns for their iGaming brand.
You can expect a range of CTR’s from 0.5% to 7% typical. From 1 billion impressions and subsequent inbound visitors our traffic quality profile produces a conversion rate to signup and depositor akin to focussed PPC lead gen campaigns. Conversion rates do differ by region but we understand that and know how to compensate, as well as work with you on LTV’s and retention rates long term.
Do you offer campaign management?
In short, yes. It is our job to help you onboard onto the platform, get setup in the right way and to continually monitor and optimise your campaigns towards your target KPI’s, wether that be a CPA on acquisition of a new customer, CPA on a depositor or a brand push/launch in a new market.
We only work with a small number of approved iGaming brands with a commitment to find quality traffic at scale from our tier 1 network and in return, we offer a managed service using our knowledge of how to get this to work and deliver results for you.
Can you share a case study?
We are committed to client privacy and individuality. We operate a private network with integrity which is why our clients are on-boarded via referrals, so other people can vouch for our ability to deliver. We keep our clients stats and progression private and do not share case studies. We do not doubt our ability to deliver which is why we don’t ask for any lengthy commitment. Is it possible to use 1st party data?
Yes, we have our own integrated data platform solution that allows 1st party data uploads. This data set stays with your campaigns and is unique to you. Use it to fuel the growth of new players by creating lookalike campaigns for example.
Can I create lookalike audiences?
Yes, in one of two ways, the best method for creating lookalikes is via our pixel. Use our pixel on your signup and/or deposit pages to monitor the quality of output from your campaigns and use this conversion data to fuel growth in new campaigns. In addition you can upload your own 1st party data to use as a basis to create lookalike audiences.
What options do I have to moderate where my ads are shown?
As part of our bespoke solution we have a fully integrated white and black list which can be applied to all campaigns. You have the flexibility to upload an extensive blacklist to control where not to show your ads. In addition, as part of our service we can work with you to extensively build out a white list so your ads are only shown on pre-approved domains for ultimate control.
